From the application menu you can choose views that only show certain types of objects by default.
Tags vs. non-tags
Window | Tags – to view only the tag objects in the file
Window | Other – to view all objects that are not tags
Window | All – to view all objects in a file
Single type filtering
You can filter the objects in a file in various other ways.
Window | Filter | Pages – to view grids only
Window | Filter | Texts – to view text blocks only
Window | Filter | Website – to view links only
etc.
Fine tuning the filter
You can fine tune the filter by selecting Window | Filter | Other… For details see Filter Dialog.
